I've stopped using TimerSync, but every time I boot up my computer, the TimerSync "Your License has expired" window pops up.   When I go to Add/Remove programs, TimerSync doesn't appear in the list.  

How do I uninstall?

I know this is confusing, but timerSync is installed in programs under program group called invoiceSync and most probably you are not finding it because of that. Look in your Programs group invoiceSync and you'll find timerSync and Uninstall items.
