timerSync with no internet connection
In the event that there's no internet connection, "unable to connect" alert boxes popped up every 1-2 seconds without end until I forced quit timerSync. I really like this program and my only issue with it is the delay as it tries to connect with freshbooks, or the more extreme delay when there's no connection at all.

Hello Greg,
This is something not known to me. I know the message popup up if it can't connect to FreshBooks when trying to read data from FreshBooks or when submitting, but this should not happen in a loop. Can you describe any particular scenario where you get in this endless loop? Maybe I use it in a different way and I am not aware of this problem.

If I remember correctly, the timer was running when I closed my laptop and moved to another location without any wireless. When I turned my computer back on from sleep and clicked on timerSync, a series of messages appeared notifying me that it couldn't connect, and these messages stacked on top of each other every second or so.
I'll be sure to let you know if and when it happens again

I have had the same problem. Then, I am not able to run the timer. It would be very helpful to be able to run the timer without an internet connection. This worked well in the previous version of the software.
I am also not able to restart timersync without a restart of the computer. This is reducing the usefulness of the software. Typically. I will get a message that TimerSync needs to close. Then I won't be able to restart it from the start menu without a complete system reboot.

Hi Mark,
Is this happaning in a similar situation as Greg mentioned, running the timer, closing it to hibernate and starting up the laptop again?
As for the second issue, is the menu Exit not working? Or you can;t reach it?
