Plimus

I wonder why I have to create an account with Plimus (which has a russion looking website) when I just want to purchase with Paypal. I just want to pay - I do not want another account with someone taking all my details which I am likely never to use again.

It's made me think twice about purchasing :(

Hello Si,

At the moment Plimus is the only available payment option to purchase timerSync. I know it is frustrating to have to register just to pay with PayPal, but because PayPal is not supported in Macedonia (where I live) it is not possible for me to collect direct PayPal payments.

However, I am the one to blame about the the "russion" looking site, I could work a bit on that page.

Thanks for bringing up this issues, I know it is a stopper.

Hi Goran,

Thanks for the reply, it is a shame about Paypal not being supported there. Although there are many different payment systems I have come across which do not require you to sign up with them even when paying directly by card so it does seem a bit odd.

Anway it is a great tool you have developed, much better than the others I tried out. I hope I did not offend with the comment about the look of the site - just that when you go to an unrecognised payment provider, and click the links from it to be taken to a site you cannot comprehend it can raise some concern.

Br,

Si.

No, no offence, I am thankful that you brought up this issue. I know I can't remove the signing up limit, but I can for sure redisign that page. In a way, this should be the most important page, and in all the work with the timer I somehow forgot about it.

Once again thanks!
